KABUL, Apr 18 (NNN-ANA) – Four commuters lost their lives on the spot, as their car collided with a mini-truck coming from the opposite direction, in eastern Afghanistan’s Wardak province, last night, reported the state-owned Bakhtar news agency, today.
Blaming reckless driving for the deadly mishap, the news agency called upon drivers to respect traffic laws on the congested roads and highways.
Reckless driving on congested roads, lack of traffic signals and overlooking security measures, on the dilapidated highways, contribute to deadly traffic mishaps in Afghanistan.– NNN-ANA
