YANGON, Apr 10 (NNN-MNA) – Seven people were killed and three others injured, in a traffic accident in eastern Myanmar’s Shan state, late Tuesday, an official from a rescue organisation said.
The accident occurred at around 10:40 p.m. local time on Tuesday, when a six-wheeled vehicle plunged into a 500-foot-deep ravine, beside the Pyidaungsu road, in Kengtung township.
The death included five males and two females, the official from the Tai Nay rescue organisation in Kengtung, said.– NNN-MNA
