Bangladesh’s Dhaka Int’l Marathon Drew Over 10,000 Runners

DHAKA, Feb 9 (NNN-BSS) – The 2025 Dhaka International Marathon, returned yesterday, drawing 10,127 runners, including 767 females, to compete in this year’s edition.

Under the theme “Run for Unity, Run for Humanity,” the marathon was held at the 300-ft road area, in Bangladesh’s capital city, Dhaka, in order to inspire people and involve them more in the physical fitness run.

The marathon was divided into five different categories, including 42.2km full marathon, 21.1km half-marathon, and 10km mini marathons, for three different age groups.

The marathon also featured participants from other countries and regions, further adding to the event’s international appeal.– NNN-BSS
