HANOI, Feb 8 (NNN-VNA) – Vietnam exported an estimated 5.08 billion U.S. dollars’ worth of agro-forestry-fishery products in Jan, down 4.9 percent against the same period last year, local media cited the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development as saying, today.
The revenues of agricultural products declined 6.2 percent year on year to 2.64 billion dollars, forestry 4.8 percent to nearly 1.5 billion dollars, and husbandry 9.3 percent to 39 million dollars.
The fishery revenue reported a slight increase of 0.3 percent year on year, to achieve 750 million dollars.
Vietnam’s agro-forestry-fishery import revenue was estimated at 3.9 billion dollars, up 11.9 percent year on year, according to the ministry.– NNN-VNA
