TASHKENT, Feb 4 (NNN-UzA) – Uzbekistan exported peppers worth 8.9 million U.S. dollars, last year, the country’s Statistics Agency said, yesterday.
Last year, Uzbekistan exported 6,400 tonnes of peppers worth 8.9 million dollars, according to a report posted on the agency’s website.
Among the countries importing Uzbek peppers, Kazakhstan ranked first with 2,300 toness, followed by Kyrgyzstan and Russia with 1,400 tonnes and 835 tonnes, respectively.– NNN-UzA
