TEHRAN, Iran, June 18 (NNN-IRNA) – Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani, on Monday, said that, Iran is ready to further develop relations with China, in all fields of mutual interest, and welcomes China’s investment in Iranian projects.
The president made the remarks, while receiving credential, presented by Chang Hua, the new ambassador of China to Iran, at the presidential office in Tehran.
Rouhani stressed that the Belt and Road Initiative is very important for both China and Iran.
“We welcome China’s more cooperation and investment in Iran,” he said.
Chang added that, the Chinese government insists on maintenance and implementation of Iran nuclear deal.
“We are also seeking ways to further develop relations between the two countries, in cultural, commercial and transportation fields,” Chang said.– NNN-IRNA
