HANOI, Jan 18 (NNN-VNA) – Vietnam’s real estate sector regained stability in 2024, it was reported yesterday.
In 2024, the number of real estate businesses resuming operations exceeded 3,227, an increase of 42.2 percent compared to 2023, the General Statistics Office was cited as saying.
The number of dissolved real estate businesses declined significantly in 2024, totalling 1,300.
The Vietnam Association of Realtors said, the country’s real estate market in 2024 had passed its most challenging phase, and is now on a path of recovery.
The association forecast that the market is unlikely to fully recover until all obstacles are addressed and investor confidence returns.– NNN-VNA
