Kyrgyz Foreign Trade Turnover Rose 3.7 Percent In 11 Months Of 2024

BISHKEK, Jan 15 (NNN-KNA) – The volume of Kyrgyzstan’s foreign and mutual trade in goods, from Jan to Nov, 2024, amounted to 14.6 billion U.S. dollars, up by 3.7 percent compared to the same period in 2023, showed data from the National Statistics Committee, yesterday.

The growth in the volume of foreign and mutual trade was ensured by an increase in export deliveries by 21.3 percent, while import receipts decreased by 0.8 percent.

The volume of mutual trade with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia), for the first 11 months of 2024 amounted to 4.5 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 9.1 percent compared to the same period in 2023, according to the official data.– NNN-KNA
