NEW YORK, Nov 28 (NNN-XINHUA) – An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8, jolted 147 km E of Hicks Bay, New Zealand, at 22:03:53 GMT yesterday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicentre, with a depth of 10.1 km, was initially determined to be at 37.78 degrees south latitude, and 179.95 degrees east longitude.– NNN-XINHUA
