Knife attack at police station in Bosnia and Herzegovina

SARAJEVO, Oct 25 (NNN-AGENCIES) — A serious attack occurred on Thursday at a police station in Bosnia and Herzegovina, when a teenager broke in and killed a police officer, while also injuring another officer.

According to police, the suspect broke into a police station in the town of Bosanska Krupa, northwest of the capital Sarajevo, and attacked two security officers with a knife.

The incident left one police officer dead on the spot, while the other was seriously injured.

Authorities have arrested the attacker, born in 2009. Investigation is underway. — NNN-AGENCIES
