KABUL, Oct 7 (NNN-ANA) – A one-week industrial exhibition titled “Abu Hanifa 3rd National and International Expo & Trade Fair” opened in Afghanistan’s capital city of Kabul yesterday, the state-run Bakhtar news agency reported.
Aimed at developing local industries and agriculture, and finding a market for local products, the participants, including female business people and foreign companies, are displaying their products in 700 booths.
In his opening remarks, Acting Minister for Industry and Commerce, Nooruddin Azizi, emphasised the Afghan caretaker administration’s commitment to supporting local products and their support for Afghan and foreign investments. Additionally, he expressed the wishes to expand trade and economic relations with regional and other countries.– NNN-ANA
