CHUPING, Aug 5 (Bernama) —Encorp Berhad (“ENCORP”) is pleased to announce the commencement of the key handover process for the first phase of its latest project, Lamanda Chuping, Perlis, a joint venture with FELDA for the restoration and redevelopment project. The project received the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (“CCC”) in April 2024. This milestone is part of the “Perumahan Warga FELDA” programme.
During an on-site key handover session with the new homeowners, Hazurin Harun, Group Chief Executive Officer of ENCORP, highlighted the commitment as a community builder for FELDA, emphasising that ENCORP always prioritises the community’s well-being.
