ROME, Aug 5 (NNN-XINHUA) — A tourist bus carrying 25 Chinese citizens crashed into a guardrail on a highway near the Tuscan city of Arezzo, Italy, on Sunday evening, leaving one dead and another seriously injured, according to the Chinese Consulate General in Florence.
The incident occurred at around 17:00 local time. More than ten others were slightly injured.
According to the Consulate General, the deceased was the tour guide of the tour group from Beijing, China. The injured tourists have been sent to local hospitals for treatment.
The investigation into the wreck is underway, said the local police. — NNN-XINHUA
