ISLAMABAD, Jul 25 (NNN-APP) – Pakistan’s cement exports increased over 40 percent for fiscal year 2023-24, through June, compared to the previous fiscal year, the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics said, yesterday.
Cement exports from the country were recorded at 266.516 million U.S. dollars in fiscal year 2023-24, against the exports of 189.876 million dollars in fiscal year 2022-23.
In terms of quantity, exports of cement surged 66.85 percent to 7,087,401 tonnes.
Meanwhile, on a year-on-year basis, cement exports in June increased 39.58 percent to 29.719 million dollars.– NNN-APP
