DODOMA, July 24 (NNN-DAILYNEWS) — Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan has dismissed the appointment of six leaders, including the Postmaster General of the Postal Corporation in the country, Maharage Chande.

In a continued shake-up just hours after the head of state fired three cabinet ministers, the next to be shown an exit door were the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tanzania Telecommunications Corporation (TTCL), Zuhura Sinare Muro.

A statement from the Chief Secretary released by the President’s Directorate of Communications said the president has dismissed TTCL Director General Engineer Peter Ulanga.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tanzania Post Corporation, retired Brigadier General Yohana Ocholla Mabongo, the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Universal Communications Services Access Fund (UCSAF), Prof. John Nkoma, and the Fund’s Chief Executive Officer Justina Mashiba were also affected by the latest presidential order. — NNN-DAILYNEWS
