CYBERJAYA, July 4 (Bernama) — MCMC will be conducting the Broadband Quality of Experience Survey 2024 (BQoES 2024) and Consumer Satisfaction Survey 2024 (CSS 2024) – Public Cellular Service and Broadband Access Service to collect data on consumer experiences and perceptions of telecommunication service delivery.
The survey will run from 4 July to 30 November 2024 and will be conducted online. Malaysian consumers aged 15 and above are invited to participate by accessing the survey portal on any device via the provided QR code or link.
