Two Vessels Collided In Singapore, Causing Fuel Leakage

SINGAPORE, Jun 15 (NNN-XINHUA) – A Netherlands-flagged dredger, Vox Maxima, collided with Singapore-flagged bunker vessel, Marine Honour, at the Pasir Panjang Terminal yesterday, leading to oil leakage, said the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).

The damaged cargo tank on board of Marine Honour, has been isolated and the spill contained, said MPA, adding that, oil spill response crafts have been dispatched for clean-up operation.

Both vessels are anchored safely with no injury reported.– NNN-XINHUA
