13 More Palestinians Killed In Israeli Airstrikes On Another School, House In Gaza: Sources

GAZA, Jun 8 (NNN-WAFA) – At least 13 more Palestinians were killed, in the Zionist airstrikes on a house and a UN-run school, housing displaced people in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian sources said, yesterday.

At least 10 Palestinians, including children and women, were killed in a missile attack on a house in Khan Younis in southern Gaza, according to Palestinian security sources.

Meanwhile, local sources and eyewitnesses said that, Zionist aircraft targeted another school, operated by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), in the al-Shati refugee camp in western Gaza City.

The Palestinian Civil Defence Service reported that its crew recovered the bodies of three people, while dozens more were injured in the raid.

The Zionist warplanes also bombed a UNRWA school in the Nuseirat camp in central Gaza a day earlier, which killed more than 35 Palestinian women and children.

Responding to Thursday’s bombing, Israeli military spokesman, Peter Lerner, said that, the Israeli forces targeted “20 to 30 terrorists” in the school compound, adding that, efforts were made to minimise civilian casualties.

Up to yesterday, at least 36,731 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have been killed by the Zionist airstrikes and army, and 83,530 wounded since Oct 7, last year.– NNN-WAFA
