Malaysia Takes Helm As The President Of Asia Nano Forum, Taking The Lead In Nanotechnology Advancement Across Asia

KUALA LUMPUR, May 21 (Bernama) — The Asia Nano Forum (ANF) has named Dr Rezal Khairi Ahmad, NanoMalaysia Berhad’s CEO, its new president. This landmark appointment positions Dr Rezal and Malaysia to lead NanoMalaysia and ANF, marking a pivotal moment in the region’s journey towards fostering international collaboration in nanotechnology. ANF Asia Nano Forum (ANF) is a network organisation across Asia, founded in May 2004 and now a registered society in Singapore, known as Asia Nano Forum Society, since Oct 2007.
 
Before this ascension, Dr Rezal served as ANF Vice President and Treasurer in previous terms. Dr Rezal offers a wealth of experience and leadership to his new job, having previously served as CEO of NanoMalaysia since January 2013. Additionally, he has been a Member of the Industry Advisory Panel for the Malaysian Petroleum Resources Corporation since 2021. He began serving as an international advisor for the China Graphene Industry Alliance (CGIA) in September 2017, establishing links with Malaysia’s National Graphene Action Plan 2020 and promoting reciprocal economic gains. Dr. Rezal is well-positioned to propel NanoMalaysia and ANF towards their missions and objectives.
