ISLAMABAD, Apr 29 (NNN-APP) – Four terrorists were killed, in an operation by security forces in Pakistan’s north-west Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the country’s military said in a statement today.
The operation, which started last night and lasted till the wee hours of this morning, was conducted in the Tank district, on the reported presence of terrorists, the military’s media wing, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), said in the statement.
The slain terrorists remained actively involved in numerous incidents of militancy in the area, the statement added.
Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the custody of the terrorists, the ISPR said.– NNN-APP
