PETALING JAYA, April 25 (Bernama) — The Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) and Lean Management Academy Sdn. Bhd. (LMA) are partnering to bring efficiency expertise to A&W restaurants across Malaysia. A total of 100 A&W outlets are now implementing the Certified Practitioner in Lean Management (F&B) program, designed to streamline operations and enhance customer service.

The program equips participating organisations with the skills necessary to optimise processes and accelerate business growth.
