TOKYO, Apr 24 (NNN-NHK) – The discharge of nuclear-contaminated wastewater from Japan’s crippled Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant was halted, before noon today, local media reported.
The suspension of the so-called treated water was due to a power outage, caused by the plant’s power supply system glitch, as the International Atomic Energy Agency started its investigation at the plant during the day, according to local broadcaster TV-U Fukushima.– NNN-NHK
