KABUL, Apr 5 (NNN-ANA) – The Afghan caretaker government, has approved 24 projects worth 11 billion afghanis (155.5 million U.S. dollars), according to the National Procurement Commission.
The projects included continued reconstruction of Kabul-Kandahar highway, restoration of Kunar-Nuristan highway and power transfer to some provinces.
The projects were expected to provide job opportunities to hundreds of thousands of local residents.– NNN-ANA
