KUALA LUMPUR, March 12 (Bernama) — CIMB Group Holdings Berhad (“CIMB Group” or “the Group”) continues its commitment towards helping those in need during the Holy month of Ramadan through its Harapan Ramadan programme. The annual community outreach initiative, jointly led by CIMB Islamic and CIMB Foundation, has mobilised its largest Ramadan contribution by facilitating a distribution of over RM1.8 million benefiting more than 34,000 individuals.
In line with CIMB Malaysia’s 100th anniversary, the Harapan Ramadan programme will take place over 100 locations in all states across Malaysia, impacting communities from the Asnaf and B40 groups, heads of families, single parents, people with disabilities, refugees, senior citizens and other underserved communities.
