SYDNEY, Mac 9 (NNN-AAP) — A fatal bus-and-pedestrian traffic crash in Brisbane City, caused an 18-year-old female pedestrian to die last night, said the Police Force in the Australian state of Queensland, today.
The police said that, just after 5.00 p.m. local time, a bus left the road on a street in the Brisbane CBD and struck the victim before colliding with a nearby building.
Emergency services arrived at the scene a short time later, where the woman was declared deceased. The bus driver and four passengers onboard sustained minor injuries and were taken to hospital for assessment.– NNN-AAP
