BEIRUT, Lebanon, May 18 (NNN-NNA) – The Lebanese army received, on Friday, hydro-graphic equipment and prefabricated rooms from Italian authorities.
“Italy is committed to continuing its military support for Lebanon,” Italian Ambassador to Lebanon, Massimo Marotti said, emphasising the importance of cooperation between the Lebanese and Italian armies.
Taan Nassar, representative of the commander-in-chief of the Lebanese army, said that, Italy has always provided great support to Lebanon.
“This is a very important donation, in view of the Lebanese army’s mission, to preserve stability and security in the country,” he said.– NNN-NNA
