HAVANA, Dec 15 (NNN-ACN) — Heavy rains affecting Havana caused the partial collapse of an apartment building in the highly populated municipality of Centro Habana; no victims were reported.
According to a report on Facebook by the municipal government, authorities flocked to the place to evaluate the situation and assist the affected neighbors. All residents in the building were evacuated to safe places.
