Peru’s FA Min holds talk with Spanish King Felipe VI in Argentina

BUENOS AIRES (Argentina), Dec 11 (NNN-ANDINA) — Peruvian Foreign Affairs Minister Javier Gonzalez-Olaechea held a cordial encounter with King Felipe VI of the Kingdom of Spain on Sunday during his visit to Buenos Aries, Argentina.

According to the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they met within the framework of the inauguration ceremony of Javier Milei as new President of Argentina.

During the talk, the Peruvian minister and King of Spain noted the high level of bilateral relations.

Moreover, they highlighted the commitment to strengthening dialogue and cooperation between both nations.

Likewise, the conversation stressed the importance of holding the next Spanish Language Congress in the Peruvian region of Arequipa in 2025.

Earlier on Saturday, Gonzalez-Olaechea during his meeting with his Brazilian counterpart, Mauro Vieira in Buenos Aires, the two officials addressed the need to strengthen dialogue and cooperation in topics of regional and bilateral interest.

Both foreign affairs ministers arrived in the Argentine capital to participate in the inauguration of the recently elected President of Argentina, Javier Milei on Sunday. — NNN-ANDINA
