DUBAI, Monday, Dec 11 (Bernama) — The Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia aims to lead the charge towards a more sustainable energy future by spearheading initiatives to promote bioenergy clustering. The Authority stands poised to forge partnerships with its key stakeholders to accelerate a responsible energy transition (ET) for Malaysia, aligning with global sustainability goals.
In a recent panel discussion at the 28th Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), SEDA Malaysia’s Chief Executive Officer, YBhg. Dato’ Hamzah Hussin shed light on the Authority’s upcoming National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR) plans on harnessing new technology and encouraging collaboration between different sectors with strong bioenergy potentials.
