TASHKENT, Nov 18 (NNN-UzA) – An Mi-8 helicopter, crashed in Uzbekistan’s Samarkand region, during a training flight last night, killing the entire crew, the Ministry of Defence said.
A helicopter of the Uzbekistan Air Force and Air Defence Forces, crashed, when it was performing a training flight at the Kattakurgan training ground, killing the entire crew, the ministry said, in a statement.
The statement did not specify the number of people in the crew.
The Ministry of Defence conveyed deep condolences to the family members and relatives of the crew, the statement said.
The cause of the accident is being investigated.– NNN-UzA
