PARIS, Oct 13 (NNN-AGENCIES) — French officials announced that a small tourist plane on Thursday crashed off the coast of Corsica island in the Mediterranean, killing four people on board.
Authorities stated: “The four passengers on the plane were quickly recovered. Despite rescue efforts, four passengers were determined to have died.”
France Info radio reported that the plane crashed into the sea off the southern coast of Corsica minutes after takeoff. There were 2 men and 2 women on board.
