36 Students Affected By Fire Accident In Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Oct 4 (NNN-APP) – Thirty-six students were injured or fell unconscious, when a fire erupted in an academy, in the capital city Quetta of Pakistan’s south-west Balochistan province yesterday, hospital administration said.

The Medical Superintendent of the Civil Hospital Quetta, where all affected students were shifted, said that, 10 of them got burn injuries, while 26 others fell unconscious after inhaling smoke.

The official, Ishaq Panezai, told media that conditions of all the students were stable, and they will be discharged after treatment.

The accident happened in the academy, when the students were preparing for a test for medical studies.– NNN-APP
