HERAT, Afghanistan, Sept 28 (NNN-ANA) – Five commuters lost their lives and another injured, as their car turned turtle in west Afghanistan’s Herat province yesterday, provincial police spokesman, Abdullah Insaf, said today.
The deadly road crash, according to the official, took place in Gazara district, last night, leaving five travellers dead and badly injuring another.
Insaf also blamed reckless driving for the accident, saying, driving on congested roads carelessly often claims the lives of travellers in the province.
A similar road accident had killed one commuter and injured five others in the northern Balkh province on Tuesday.– NNN-ANA
