KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 (Bernama) — XOX and ONEXOX officially launched X-Bike and X-Truck, the latest addition to the company’s customer service wing, which are mobilised throughout the country as XOX and ONEXOX pledged their commitment towards providing inclusive connectivity and telecommunication services to various customer segments in the nation. The unveiling of X-Truck took place at Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh in conjunction with the Karnival Anak Muda (KAMU) from 15 to 17 September 2023.
Mr Ng Kok Heng, Group Chief Executive Officer of XOX highlighted that the X-Bike and X-Truck will serve to simplify and uplift the burden of the people in obtaining telecommunication line and internet data services at an affordable rate within their reach. “Customers who especially live in remote areas with limited access to the nearby city or unable to walk in into our outlets will now have a better service option to get their telco and data needs without leaving their house,” said Mr Ng Kok Heng.
