HAVANA, Sept 14 (NNN-ACN) — The Cuban government agreed to use the state budget to finance 50 percent of the construction materials needed by citizens whose homes were partially or totally affected by the recent passage of tropical storm Idalia on Pinar del Rio province.
The governmental accord also establishes bank credits and subsidies as well as social assistance financing to purchase construction materials if their income is not enough to that aim.
Local finance, domestic trade and government authorities are entitled to establish the proceedings to implement the central government’s accord.
