HAVANA, Aug 7 (NNN-PRENSA LATINA) — The US Coast Guard returned to Cuba one more group, this of 27 illegal emigrants, who were involved in four illegal exits from the island, the Interior Ministry reported on Twitter.
With the operation, carried out this Saturday, there are 96 returns with 4,210 irregular migrants so far returned in 2023, by air and sea.
According to the source, three of the persons returned on this occasion were on probation for the fulfillment of criminal sanctions at the time of leaving the island and will be placed at the disposal of the corresponding courts for the revocation of said benefit. — NNN-ACN
