MOSCOW, July 2 (NNN-PRENSA LATINA) — Russian President Vladimir Putin ratified his country’s support for Palestine’s cause and for the creation of an independent State for the Palestinian people on the occupied territories, with its capital in East Jerusalem.
During a telephone call with his counterpart, Mahmoud Abbas, Putin stressed Moscow’s permanent stance in support of the Palestinian people to achieve their aspirations for freedom and independence.
