Kuwait Opens Salam Palace Museum To Demonstrate History

KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait, April 30 (NNN-KUNA) – The Kuwaiti Emir, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, inaugurated on Monday, the Salam Palace Museum, that documents Kuwati history, in Kuwait City, capital of Kuwait.

The museum houses a collection of rare artefacts, and preserves the national cultural heritage of Kuwait, said Abdulaziz Ishaq, chairman of the Executive Committee for the Establishment and Management of Cultural Centres.

Starting from the basement, the four-floor museum is equipped with the latest technological display methods, including an electronic library, to present the history of Kuwait and its civilisations, in a creative and innovative manner, he added.– NNN-KUNA
