National University Of Singapore (NUS) Ranks Eighth Globally

SINGAPORE, Jun 28 (NNN-XINHUA) – National University of Singapore (NUS), ranked 8th in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings, the university said, in a news release.

Rising three spots, after holding the 11th position for the past five years, NUS is now recognised as one of the leading universities in the world and in Asia, said NUS President, Tan Eng Chye.

“This unprecedented milestone marks a remarkable moment for Asian higher education, and showcases NUS’ dedication to research excellence, innovation, and sustainability,” said Jessica Turner, QS Chief Executive.

She further added, “NUS’ remarkable ascent, not only highlights its outstanding academic performance but also underscores its commitment to producing graduates, sought after by employers, as demonstrated by its impressive 7th place globally in the new Employment Outcomes indicator.”– NNN-XINHUA
