ULAN BATOR, Jun 23 (NNN-XINHUA) – The 2023 Ulan Bator Grand Slam of judo, opened at the Steppe Arena sports complex here today.
A total of 344 judokas from 44 countries and regions are vying for qualifying points, for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, at the tournament, which has a total prize fund of 154,000 euros.
Co-organised by the Mongolian Judo Association, the International Judo Federation, and the municipal government of Mongolia’s capital, Ulan Bator, the tournament runs until Sunday.– NNN-XINHUA
