S. Korea’s Military Helicopter Crash-Landed With Two Lightly Injured

SEOUL, Jun 14 (NNN-YONHAP) – A South Korean military helicopter, crash-landed today, in the eastern province of Gangwon, leaving two soldiers lightly injured.

The chopper crash-landed at about 10:21 a.m. local time (0121 GMT), near a church in Yangyang county, some 150 km east of the capital, Seoul.

Two soldiers, including a pilot, were lightly wounded and taken to a military hospital.

The military authorities were investigating the cause of the accident, including the engine problem.– NNN-YONHAP
