Police Busted Three “Terrorists” Accused Of Assassinating Police In SE Iran

TEHRAN, May 9 (NNN-TASNIM) – Iran’s police, smashed a three-member “terrorist” team, accused of being involved in the assassination of a county police chief, in the south-eastern Sistan and Baluchestan Province, in late Apr, it was reported yesterday.

The team members were the main suspects for the assassination of Saravan County’s Police Chief, Alireza Shahraki and his wife, in an armed attack on Apr 30, provincial police commander, Doostali Jalilian, was quoted as saying.

He added, the team comprises the main members of the Jaish al-Zulm “terrorist” group.

Shahraki and his wife were killed in an armed attack, while travelling in their car, along a county road, Jalilian said.– NNN-TASNIM
