JOHOR BAHRU, April 17 (Bernama) — Johor Plantations Berhad (Johor Plantations), a subsidiary of Kulim (Malaysia) Berhad (KULIM), delivered post-flood relief assistance to aid communities in Johor with a contribution of RM50,000 to Waqaf An-Nur Corporation Berhad (WanCorp) for the Tabung Sumbangan Pasca Banjir Negeri Johor.
WanCorp was instrumental in mobilising its resources to help affected Johoreans and their families mitigate the impact of floods through the provision of rescue and relief operations, food supplies, shelter and basic necessities for victims. It is now assisting in post-flood activities to help affected Johoreans and their families mitigate the impact of the recent floods through the provision of post-flood activities including clean-up efforts as well as fixing and restoring homes, and repairs of public infrastructure including schools and community centres.
