Peru terminates duties of consuls general to four countries

LIMA, April 17 (NNN-ANDINA) — The Government has terminated the duties of Consuls General of Peru to four different countries after accepting their resignation from office.

The measure was made official on Sunday through corresponding supreme resolutions published in the Official Gazette El Peruano.

Thus, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs terminated the duties of the following consuls general:
– Marta Vitols, Honorary Consul General of Peru in the city of Riga, Latvia, with jurisdiction throughout the country.
– Francisco Benavides Matarazzo, Honorary Consul General of Peru in the city of Saint Lois, United States of America, within the State of Missouri circumscription.
– Renato Muzi Da Silva, Honorary Consul General of Peru in the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil, with jurisdiction in the States of Rioo Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina.
– Tariq Khan Afridi, Honorary Consul General of Peru in the city of Islamabad, Pakistan, within the entire country’s circumscription.

The supreme resolution bears the signatures of the President of the Republic Dina Boluarte and Foreign Affairs Minister Ana Cecilia Gervasi. — NNN-ANDINA
