KUALA LUMPUR, March 7 (Bernama) — Yayasan PETRONAS, via its Uplifting Lives initiative, is contributing over 1,000 aid packages to families displaced by flood that hit Johor and Sarawak recently.
The items, comprising hygiene kits, dry food items, blankets and drinking water, are being distributed together with Jabatan Kebajikan Malaysia between 6 and 8 March to 900 families in Kota Tinggi, Kluang, Batu Pahat, Tangkak, Segamat and Muar, and to 200 families in Sarikei and Sri Aman.
