SEPANG, Feb 8 (Bernama) — Capital A Berhad, the parent company of Asia’s leading low-cost carrier, AirAsia, today reiterates its commitment to transparent communications and better customer experience for all of its guests, as part of its vision to become the most communicative, responsive and answerable brand in the region.

As the first order of business, Capital A held a press conference on Wednesday, led by CEO Tony Fernandes and AirAsia Aviation Group CEO Bo Lingam, to bid farewell to AirAsia Virtual Allstar AVA, who has been the first port of call for guests’ queries and complaints since her onboarding in 2019, and to welcome ‘Ask Bo’ which has enhanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities.
