DUBAI, United Arab Emirate, April 17 (NNN-WAM) – A real estate exhibition kicked off on Tuesday in Abu Dhabi, with sustainable projects and innovative products from more than 60 local, regional and international developers.
Some 15,000 buyers and investors are expected to attend this year’s Cityscape Abu Dhabi, which showcases luxury projects and affordable ones, to meet buyers’ preferences.
The three-day exhibition, which is held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, is the 13th edition of the annual event.
“Throughout the build-up to the show, we heard strong optimism from exhibitors, who believe that recent government’s moves … will be significant spur to Abu Dhabi’s real estate ecosystem,” said Chris Speller, Cityscape’s group director, at Informa Exhibitions, which organises the event.
Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi Cityscape Conference and its associated talks on April 17 to 18, will probe emerging trends of real estate industry.
“The programme will be delivered by some of the industry’s highly-respected business analysts, strategists and government authorities,” Speller said.
“They will provide insights into the hot topics in real estate … enabling attendees to learn about regional and foreign growth strategies, opportunities and hot spots,” Speller added.– NNN-WAM
