MANAMA, Bahrain, April 14 (NNN-BNA) – With regard to the developments in the Republic of Sudan, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa affirmed Bahrain’s solidarity and standing in support of Sudan, expressing his appreciation of the tremendous ongoing efforts by Lt-General Abdulfattah Al Burhan, Chairman of the Military Transitional Council, in order to boost security, peace and prosperity of the Sudanese people.
The King praised the strong fraternal stances of Sudan and its permanent keenness on joint Arab work and supporting security and stability in the region.
King Hamad appreciated the Sudanese Armed Forces and their participation in the Arab Coalition, in Support of the Legitimacy in Yemen, wishing the Republic continuous elevation and progress in the atmospheres of tolerance and fraternity among the components of its people.
This came as King Hamad, the Supreme Commander, visited the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF)’s General Command Headquarters today.– NNN-BNA
