NEW DELHI, Dec 11 (NNN-PTI) – At least four people were killed as severe cyclonic storm Mandous triggered heavy rains and winds, resulting in waterlogging and uprooting of trees in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, officials said.

“Four people have lost their lives. 181 huts were damaged due to the cyclone. 400 trees were uprooted in Chennai,” Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M. K. Stalin, told media.
