Two Pakistani Soldiers Killed In Exchange Of Fire With Terrorists

ISLAMABAD, Nov 17 (NNN-APP) – Two Pakistani soldiers were killed, in a military operation in Pakistan’s north-western Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the Pakistani military said, yesterday.

An exchange of fire took place between security forces and terrorists, in the Hilal Khel area of Bajaur district of the province, said a statement, from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the army’s media wing.

During the intense fire exchange, two Pakistan army personnel and a terrorist were killed, said the statement.

The killed terrorist had been actively involved in terrorist activities against security forces.

Weapons and ammunition were also seized from the killed terrorist.

Sanitisation of the area was being carried out, to eliminate any other terrorists in the area, said the statement.– NNN-APP
